The free tier has enough features to allow project management newbies to get their things done. Yeah, obviously it's a user friendly experience to implement it. It is also great when integrating it to create automation so the process goes smoother.

- Performance issue: Clickup is not fast enough for a tool that we use daily. The new ClickUp 3.0 aims to solve this issue, we will see how it goes. - Automation are limited in the free plan. - No way to automatically assign the user who take a task and update his status es. we need to manually assign the user. No automation possible at the time of writing this review
