Craft has an exceptionally clean interface across all platforms, though there are a couple of minor blemishes to an otherwise perfectly styled iPad app. The simplicity of the interface, and the limited but elegant options for fonts and styling take away the stress of formatting, leaving the focus on the content itself. Sharing is excellent, either with other craft users, or via PDF/web accessible versions of documents.

It is a buggy software. It also needs usability improvements. The software is too complex for users with less experience. Sometimes integration with Jira does not work.
