1. Would have loved to personal onboarding training organized by the Pendo team 2. It's not pretty clear and easy to perform certain tasks at the outset. For example I have used Google Analytics earlier and that was far more easier to understand and start working on right away vs. Pendo 3. What I have heard of it is pretty expensive in comparison to the other similar User Behavior Analytics tool
