The tool's ability to handle hybrid delivery models. Works great OOTB with minimal customization, did need a thorough configuration that we expected. The reporting interface is good, but there is room for improvement there.

dislikes
The linkage between product and project management is not clear. The inability to put detail historical tracking in the finacial plan changes cause us to start using a spreadsheet again.
