What i like most about it is the centralized visibility it provides across projects, resources and budgets. Having portfolio health, utilization, timelines, and financial data in one place makes planning and decision making much more structured and data driven.

Slowness of the Gantt viewer in heavy projects and the rigidity in the distribution of time per workday for tasks that span several days.
