What do you like most about the product or service?

The UI is very friendly and represents a life like board

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

When trying to get an overview there is a lot of unused empty space on the screen and fonts get tiny so it's really hard to read.

Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

We wanted to improve the efficiency and reduce the coupling with our phisical board

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

I would't do trainings but directly use the tool in a shared way, the UI is very intuitive and there's no need to waste training time.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Set up first the integration and test to allow issues with final users.
