The account management and configuration options are misleading and difficult to understand - particularly when wanting to provide access to non-paying team members or external partners. This includes conditional access and also add-ons in pricing that may be incurred. We also found the customer support options to be limited (trouble tickets only - no online chat) and too slow in response.
