I love how quickly our team has been able to adapt to our changing needs. Our projects have run in an agile fashion and the Cognizant team has been flexible to changing priorities so that we can consistently delivering value to our business partners. Cognizant has shown an ability to research, understand, and know when and when not to apply new concepts in AI that are continually evolving, staying focused on delivery as the most critical objective. The remote team has done a great job of collaborating across countries, time zones, and our internal IT team. They are able to swarm and address the most pressing concerns and issues, truly putting the team before themselves as individuals. With true agile development, they all buy into the value of retrospectives and continued improving their own productivity month after month.
