FPT Software's biggest strength is access to highly skilled talent to drive large projects - allowing clients to flex up and down with projects very quickly as needed. FPT also has excellent programs internally to cultivate that talent in support of long term client outcomes.

FPT like many services organization has had a lot of turnover especially at the key engineering leadership positions. The biggest challenge has been in the attrition of critical team members. Lastly their talent pipeline to get the skills we need has been a source of challenge. Getting folks in the door with good engineering practices and good strong skills in the tech stack we are looking for has been a big challenge. The 12 hour time change between delivery teams and the initial communication challenges really affected our effectiveness.
