It was difficult to find the right Project Setup in the beginning of this Project due to lack of experienced Oracle Consultants (at least in Europe/Germany), in Addition there was no Standard Approach / blueprint being provided by Oracle hence we had to do everything on our own from scratch. After one year of Project runtime, we finally got the right People on board and since then it is running substantially better.
