CATSWeb is versatile, has specific features for niche industries (like MedWatch reporting to the FDA) and is configurable to an incredibly granular level. I find it easy to configure and incredibly flexible, with many avenues to streamline workflows for end users. Really, CATSWeb is like a set of Lego bricks - you can use the instructions to build a specific design, or you can use the blocks to build your own creation.

The admin management side is disjointed, there are a lot of moving parts to each process and no one stop shop to create/update these parts.
