This product has too many bugs. Every time a new patch is applied, something breaks in the system. The product is very sensitive to the browser it's used in and browsing history. We had to train the entire team to start by switching the browser and clearing browsing history. Reports are functional but very hard to use as all the field names respond to actual data base field names, which regular users get lost in very quickly. Questionnaires promise a lot of functionality but very tedious to build and maintain.
