It is user friendly and comes with a support team that will help you through anything.  We have a guru specifically assigned to us who schedules monthly meetings to ensure that Greenlight is meeting your goals. They listen and enhance their software based on real user feedback.  
*Greenlight deployment objective will be to include other modules into our QMS.  We are a small company and we will be looking at Document Control and possibly looking into the Training module.

My only significant complaint is that we find it difficult to navigate and find documents. You have to really know what you are looking for, searching otherwise is difficult. Results also include change orders and items that reference the document you are looking for, so it is often cumbersome to make sure you are clicking on the correct item.
