The level at which workflows and other SOPs can be implemented is useful and very flexible. MasterControl's support has been helpful with all the sticking points our team has run into over its integration, along with any future changes. There has also been a recent cutover from one SSO implementation to an in-house one instead, and they've been supportive and knowledgeable in this change. Their staff has been instrumental in ensuring this cutover is seamless and a surprisingly quick one for each environment (Production, Dev, QA).
