Audit Pro Module has industry standards that are built into the system and are updated automatically when new standard revisions/editions are published. Modules are integrated with each other, ensuring standardization and consolidates updates many documentations/processes with a single action. The system allows the development of customizations such as templates, checklists, documentation, and routes based on customer's needs. Administrators can customize access rights, ensuring that appropriate documentation, module access, and tools are available based on the role(s) of each user. System has a training environment that is a mirror copy of the production environment. This allows organizations to test and develop processes and documentation without the concern of high-risk impact to the production environment and requiring a restart. A specific feature I enjoy is the PDF template, allowing source files to be uploaded and automatically converts the document into PDF template. With access rights, authorized personnel can view the source file to make updates and publish revisions, while view-only users can see only the PDF version.
