It improves overall process visibility. It is a single platform that integrates finance, inventory, procurement and supplychain and other company functions which were working in independently. Our management can make quick decisions based on real time reporting and analytics capabilities. The cloud-based model reduces the infrastructure efforts and gives latest features, cyber security features and other government compliances. As our organization is growing, it's fully suitable due to its capabilities of scalability and reliability. It also streamlined the PO processes in different projects. Data exchange is very easy due to different applications being integrated and quick decision is possbile now. Training to different finance and purchase departments is easy. Full documentation is available from SAP side so anyone can refer to those.

Their support to get things changed and their email delivery system when things are not sending out because of DKIM or SPF, which now creates a lot of complexity and we're seeing this with a lot of other SAP organizations as well
