i like most about its strong integration across different business functions which helps processes and ensures consistent data across finance procurement and operations the real time reporting and analytics are very useful for making informed decisions quickly

The product offers less flexibility than previous versions. Cost transparency is not as clear as it was with the old system. While the APIs are available, some are difficult to integrate, and finding suitable connectors can be challenging.
