Reliable remote access and support: The connection strength is stable and responsive, which allows our IT team to provide effective support to end-users across locations. Strong security controls: Conditional access, audit logging and centralised administration have all been very helpful to use for the maintenance of our security whilst helping users. Very easy to use: We have had very few problems showing end-users and technicians how to use the software. This is intuitive, and we rarely have to teach a new technician about this explicitly.

Mostly that its widely used by scammers and they do whatever they can to squeeze more money out of you.
