Online proctoring presents a number of technological and logistical challenges for any proctoring service provider. Examity has shown itself to be adept at meeting these challenges while providing excellent service to end users. Examity's proctors are usually well-trained and willing to troubleshoot technical impediments with our students to ensure effective delivery of proctoring services.

The problem with Examity has been the high incidence of false positives with the automated proctoring detection systems. During the exam, students would be fined for what seemed like petty offenses such as looking away from the screen or changing posture.
