The platform excels at bringing together client data, tracking interactions and makes it easy to filter leads which gives us clear visibility on the deals on each account. The user-friendly interface lets us customize our sales pipeline so its easy to move leads through the stages with just drag and drop and close deals faster.

The phone tool lacked clarity in connecting with a cell phone and did not provide clear communication between speaking and hearing. Integration issues for tracking activity after performing the task.
