Outreach has been a key part of my workflow as an SDR. The best way I can describe my experience with Outreach is that it has all of the necessities and if I needed to I could just use this platform for sequencing and calling, but certain parts of the workflow are better on external platforms (e.g. parallel dialing and call recording summaries)

Tool helps streamline the prospecting motion across multiple channels.  The challenge that we face are that it's incredibly hard to search effectively for contacts, accounts, etc. as Boolean phrases don't seem to work and everything needs to be spelled to a tee with no smart search.  Email deliverability is also considerably worse than through traditional GMail and other browsers.

Outreach was selected on the basis of it being simple to use for admins and end users and being able to provide great reporting and insight into what outreach was working.  In the first year of our contract we had excellent support, both from our CSM and our Account Manager, but in the second year both changed and we did see a drop off in the quality of support provided. Not to a level that impacted our use of the platform, but it was noticeable.
