Overall Comment:"Cognism is a nice tool, but its effectiveness depends heavily on the region. While the data quality is great in some regions, in others it leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's a very useful platform, though it comes with a high price."
The tool is very easy to use and understand, which accelerates our operation processes.
As stated before, the data quality in some regions does not justify the high cost. Additionally, their customer service has not been always the best and could be improved.
