What do you like most about the product or service?

I really enjoy how easy and straightforward the app is, there are many filters available that allow you to maximize your targets. I also enjoy how you can share your list of leads with other people within your team, it saves time in the long run. I also like that you can now see buyer intent for each company, it really helps hone down which targets to focus on.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The main issue for me with Sales Navigator is that you are unable to download lists directly from LinkedIn, you can only save them as a lead list within the website. Additionally, you have fewer filters available to you when creating a buyer persona. There are also a limited number of InMails you can send a month - which is a little ridiculous considering it is quite expensive.
