We've been using DHL for reverse logistics for a while now, mainly handling returns from multiple locations. Overall, the experience was fairly reliable and good, but not without a few hiccups. The pickup scheduling is usually smooth, and the tracking visibility helps a lot when managing customer expectations. That said, there have been instances where return pickups have been delayed without clear communication, which creates unnecessary follow-ups from our end. Still, compared to other providers we've tried, DHL has been more consistent in closing the loop om returns.
