The biggest win for us is that the platform lets our team build out and deploy automated workflows without needing a heavy background in software engineering. Our project timelines in the education space move fast, so being able to quickly record routine user steps or set up attended automation is a lifesaver. It gives us a practical mix where the bot handles the data-heavy entry, but leaves the final approval and oversight firmly in our team's hands. The central dashboard is also incredibly helpful for monitoring scheduled tasks and seeing exactly which automation ran successfully across our different programs without needing to constantly check up on them manually.

Debugging and error handling is time consuming task. Resources are bit heavy and the performance of the bot may affect.
