The overall experience is average. We are still waiting for approval documents to use additional Blue Prism software in our company. This has been an ongoing process for 2 years and therefore we don't have a good support on Blue Prism side.
We have a regular exchange with some Blue Prism Customer Success managers. We will get new information/updates. 
If we have a problem, you can create tickets in the support portal. Most of the time we will get a fast response. The quality of this responses could be better but they help most of the time.
