The compliance reporting and audit readiness features are what we lean on the most. Before CloudEagle, getting ready for an audit meant weeks of pulling access logs from different systems, chasing down approvals via email, and manually compiling everything into spreadsheets. It was exhausting and stressful every single time. Now, all of that is captured automatically. The data is always current and always accurate. We have also started using CloudEagle for our onboarding and offboarding workflows, which ties directly into compliance. Every time someone joins or leaves, the access changes are logged and documented automatically. No more manual checklists that are missed. The CS team helped us a lot during our first audit prep with Cloudeagle. They showed us which reports to pull and how to filter the data to match exactly what our auditors were asking for. That saved us a ton of time. Priyanka also helped troubleshoot a connector issue early on and it was fixed within a day.
