Evaluating the right solution for our business was no easy task but OneShield Market Solutions was our choice based on their ability to automate all of our business process from quote to issuance, providing a better experience both for our clients and administratively.  We had an enormous amount of respect for our implementation team who understood our needs, kept up with all the singularities of our business and rarely had to ask for clarification.  I cannot thank them enough.  Our project took longer than expected but we did have quite a few specifications that were not industry standard.  We worked together as a team with a great mutual understanding of the challenges on both sides and are proud of what we built.

The platform seems mostly fit for purpose, albeit not as mature for some components (billing).  The implementation services were less so. OneShield either need to strengthen their consulting services offering significantly, or outsource to a company that does a better job with management and governance.

Easier to customize. The product has a fine rating engine and has good spark documentation which allows the user to understand and fix certain issues without any outside help.
