The best part is that it reduces manual efforts such as follow up and candidate engagement. Useful to track placement data, candidate pipeline, and interview stages.

Bullhorn operates as it's own broswer, basically. You cannot hit the back button on your web browser or you'll lose everything you have open on Bullhorn. The search funcationality isn't the best. When typing in a first and last name, it wasn't reliable in pulling the right results. There's a million different ways to do one function in Bullhorn. This can be nice but having a streamlined process would also be beneficial.
