Nimble is almost an automatic product. There is an option in which Tasks can be set weekly, monthly and yearly, ofcourse. In this way, we can have our cx's attention. Automatic emails are sent to them with new campaigns and programs related to their interests as well. 
There are also some time when I want to pull out the interactions which was had in other platforms but I am not able to do so. It has also great integrations with the top most softwares but several times I am not able to track them again. I have open nimble for such tracking details.
All data is segregated and nowadays tags are also been used. With tagging, we save a lot of our time searching notes we made for a particular lead. All tasks are easily manageable and lead management has added new tools which helps in interacting with cx with ease and it does not affect the performance.
