The thing I like the most is its feature of availability or everything in one place. Like we can monitor the system so it has made the analytics easy, the requirements, track customer's information, and account management, and follow ups are quick. And we are able to collaborate with team very easily.

The interface is very rigid, causing some slowdowns when performing certain simple customizations, which can sometimes give the impression that the user experience is more fluid.
