Good: CRM where you can most customize fields and modules. Support automating workflows, sales and tasks so that we do not have to rely on remembering. Bad:  but the tasks cannot be related to each other .

Zoho Telephony ha sido otro de los puntos interesantes. El acceso a la integración de llamadas facilita el trabajo. El soporte es increíble. Resuelven todo, y para ser un SaaS destinan mucho tiempo a ayudarte. El personal técnico es realmente bueno.

We started working with Zoho CRM to manage our customer database. One of the most interesting things is that practically all our needs are already anticipated and met. For example, we integrated seamlessly with Zoho's email marketing system and designed workflows that have allowed us to automate lead management. Zoho Telephony has been another highlight. Access to call integration makes our work much easier. The support is incredible. They resolve everything, and for a SaaS platform, they dedicate a significant amount of time to helping you. The technical staff is truly excellent.
