TCS is providing a mix of offshore and onsite SAP Support. In Germany and other European countries TCS does have difficulties in providing resources. They are manly working with contracted freelancers for onsite AMS Support. With this it is soemtimes difficult to keep the resources on bord as long as the duration of the contract.
Overall TCS Support Team is engaged and SAP skills are OK. There are some strong but also weaker resources, like with any other partner

Overall experience is not satisfied , Teams are lack of ownership . Lack of clearity on what is their scope . We have seen resolutions been delayed because of lack of ownership from support teams. which realy need improvements.
