Delaware have a Global reach which has been important for supporting our business, especially during COVID. As we have been developing the template we have had consultants in country supporting the users, as the project team have been unable to travel. All consultants which have been deployed onto our projects have been of a high standard with good S4 knowledge.

1. Any issues occurred need to rely on SAP team to solve the problem and beyond the user's control. Limited action can be taken for the client's AMS team. 2. The standard report is not useful for the user. For example, the aging report only display top 10 customers or top 10 suppliers. Finance user need to view the full list of aging report. Unlike on premise or private cloud, S/4 HANA public cloud do not allowed any enhancement. So we need to prepare the aging report manually. 3. The quarterly update always create new problems. Example, unable to create the GL account and fail to upload GL journal after the update.
