DXC responded to us in a professional manner, they provided additional SMEs when required and delivered the project in a short timeline.  They enabled a team of experts and managed a team that consisted of subcontractors.  Effectively managed a virtual team across multiple time zones.  Adjusted and adapted to other competing operational business priorities.  Project onboarding was effective, they were able to understand our business solution and provide inputs in a timely manner.  Overall project delivery and status reporting was effectively and timely and questions and any required follow-up was done near real-time if required.  We engaged SAPs Value Assurance Services and DXC effectively worked with this third party to ensure ongoing QA and delivery.  

The team was able to bring custom code remediation tools for use within the project ensure a timely conversion.  The team adopted some continuous improvement activities through the various cycles of conversion from Sandbox, Dev, QA, etc.  Ability to allow the customer into the converted systems early on allowed for increased confidence in the final solution.  The cutover plan went through several iterations and the final outcome was a very detailed plan that all members of the team had visibility of and clarity of their tasks and timelines.  During the cutover weekend, we encountered issues, but was managed to and responded to effectively to ensure the final outcome met our requirements without any operational issues post conversion. Post conversion, the team responded to and addressed any reported issues in a timely manner - overall, there was no operational disruption due to the conversion and was reported as a success!
