I felt that Fujitsu's the weaknesses were as follows: 1)Fujitsu was not familiar with the functions of S/4 HANA, and could not fully apply the optimum solution to our business. 2)The ability of consultants to understand the customer's business was not uniform, which affected the quality of applications. 3)Fujitsu's skill transfer to our subsidiary was insufficient, and it took time for the subsidiary to be able to operate by its own.
