I think it is too narrowly focused to talk about a comprehensive service like this in a like/dislike paradigm. I would rather talk about the limitations of the service offering and the opportunities for improvement. The limitations on this Service are primarily in the area of specialization to a particular organization's operational workflow. Most prominent for our organization are the limitations in the area of Regulatory Compliance. The opportunities for improvement come from the future adaptability of the Service Provision to operational workflow. Has to get better to be a more functional / facile / productive Service offering.
