The platform itself is intuitive, reliable, and integrates well with current business tools. Just note that more advanced capabilities are reserved for paid plans, and there is a learning curve for complex scheduling needs.

Even though it has almost all the features, the experience of setting up and customising it is very difficult due to the UX of the product. Whether I'm trying to edit an event type, adjust availability rules, or tweak a confirmation flow, I find myself having to Google the steps or ask an AI tool just to figure out where things are hidden. For a scheduling tool that's supposed to simplify workflows, the irony of how much friction it creates in its own interface is hard to ignore.
