there are the things i liked the most about this very easy to schedule and manage appointments without any confusion it automatically syncs with my calendar and shows available time slots it sends reminders which helps me to not forget any thing

The setup is a bit clunky, so the interface is a bit disorganized while it can be really powerful. So hopefully they adjust this and make it easier to make a hands-on start. Furthermore, at volume the reliability gets less since some colleaugues had problems with double bookings and some calendar sync issues. Only with heavier load. And last, there is no native manual approval, so you can't easily screen/ qualify a booking before it hits your calendar. In some cases I would have liked that.
