Ease of usability and flexibility of this product is definitely my go to router for mobile clinics and remote sites with poor internet, the InControl platform is very easy to use but I like to config manually and that is easy to do.

Support. Why will support not assist me? I paid almost $11,000 for their hardware and I cannot get a support ticket opened?
