lots of gotchas with their product and the documentation. Talking high level, lots sounded good, but getting in to the weeds we quickly realized there were serious limitations to many of the features. Tuning search as you type is one example of a difficult slog. I had to go back to the company many many times to complain about the quality of the suggestions, finally we actually figured out the issue ourselves. One small setting change barely mentioned in the documentation.
