The experience has been good, very enlightening on the Ai aspect of mimecast
The training content has improved with the new modles that have been loaded
The ability to do the training in different languages is a plus considering we have a lot of French speaking staff.Reporting is good, we did have some false positives in our internal phishing campaign.

While the training topics provided through Mimecast Engage were informative and engaging, the overall setup experience was the biggest challenge for us.  The implementation process was not as seamless as explained and anticipated and because a huge disruption with some email flows.
