Clean, intuitive interface, good reporting/analytics, decent training content and phishing templates, with the ability to de-fang real phishing campaigns seen by Proofpoint Email Security and use them as phishing templates. I am particularly keen on the ongoing support from our assigned resource in setting up and running phishing campaigns. Importantly, the price was significantly lower than we were paying for our previous product.

dislikes
The awareness training component which feels somewhat rigid. It lacks flexibility and the inability to make changes once a campaign or training is in progress limits its adaptability.
