They provide hands-on trainings (not just theory). Their instructors are best in class and very experienced. They have wide variety of training options (live, on-demand and in-person)

Terrible customer service and support. I had to reach out in order for assistance on onboarding and implementation. Even then, after 6 emails requesting access and guidance to SCORM files to upload into our LMS, no answer. We were promised 1 week implementation and it's been well over that without any progress.
