I have been working with Optiv (previously Fishnet Security / Accuvant) for over 5 years.  I use their professional services for solution implementation, penetration testing, workflow reviews and other forms of consultation engagements.  Overall, their breadth of services is a major positive because it covers most of my organization's needs.  Their prices are also reasonable.  When compared to the bigger players, Optiv is better because they have faster turnaround time in terms of SOW/contracts and scheduling of engagement work.  Most of my experience has been positive, while a few engagements didn't pan out to meet my expectations.
