IDR integrates with nearly all of our stack, either natively or via syslog, allowing us to ingest as much data as possible. The capabilities it provides for DFIR are next to none and querying the logs is straightforward, especially once you've used it for a while. They also offer courses and certifications which will allow you to take your understanding to the next level and ensure you are getting the most from the product. The account team has been next level and our CSM is genuinely the best I've worked with across any service.
