Their strength is constant improvement with the industry requirement and the follow up they do with analysts , developers and naive users. Different areas that impresses me is parsers, mappers and data content or management wherein they have shown maJOR IMPROVEMENT. The analytics report is also good, but needs improvements that can be done based on say different firewall vendors, different other appliance wherein security overview for a quick glance is a need with threat intel feeds that we can correlate just by looking at the dashboard.

Even though it is more affordable than the leading competitors, the licensing model is very complex and frustrating to manage. The query language is also quite limited in functionality and ingenuity compared to competitors. The language definitely takes time to learn, so it may be difficult for new users that do not have experience with the product.
