Product installed On-Prem is not easily scalable and has a tendency to crash. The support is not helpful at all and it takes a lot of time to find a solution. There aren't a lot of valuable integrations.

While the tool has a lot of scope for improvement when it comes to policy applications and support responses, the tool has shown amazing results with there integration capabilities and support responses.
