Netskope CASB was chosen to give us more visibility over cloud interactions in terms of data protection. The possibility to have a certain degree of control and supervision on unsanctioned cloud-based apps and unmanaged devices was a key factor. 
In the company I work, we already have the CASB API module for more than 1 year and, at this moment, we are in the process of deploying the CASB Inline.
The relationship client/service provider is good on a basis where we are learning and adapting how to work with this kind of tool and the service provider is improving it with our inputs. That said, there as been a good communication between both parties.
