Flashpoint cyber threat intelligence product provides a great insight into dark and deep web intelligence. The flashpoint intelligence platform is user-friendly and the dataset is rich. Also, the types of data are nicely separated making it easier for various teams to find what they need, as well as making it easier for building use cases around Flashpoint services. On the other side, the whole customer experience was not satisfactory. Customer support was unresponsive and slow, where customer feedback is not existent.


Everything has been excellent with Flashpoint. We evaluated many products before selecting Flashpoint, and it is clear they are the fronrunner in this space.
