Dashboard Widgets - Kapiche offers a suite of widgets including, Themes, NPS, Sentiment, Score, Segmentations. These tools empowers users to visualize sentiment trends, identify root causes, and prioritize actions effectively. Business Impact Focus - Users can quickly tie feedback themes to CX metrics like NPS, determining not only what customers are saying, but how much it matters - enabling ROI-driven decisions.

Kapiche does not respond well to deep and complex use cases. It's great for surface level exploratory analysis and trend data lines but may not meet the requirements for deep statistical or accounting style data science and predictive modeling. For example, a test run with my Finance and Customer Models team finds the Kapiche model too lightweight compared to existing tools we now use.
